Beware this companies rigid return policy. We removed the cushions from plastic bags to examine the fabric, look for any flaws etc. Misplaced the coverings, but found them again while protecting cushions in the meantime. Requested return process, and was informed since the cushions were removed from original bags, they could not be returned. (reson for return was seat cushion extended too far out)
Compared to other items purchased online, I find this policy completely unreasonable and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
