Returns
You can return most items for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
To make a return, email [email protected] with your order number to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will cover all costs related to the return, replacement, or exchange. Otherwise, you handle return shipping through the carrier of your choice.
- Once you are issued an RA number, returned items must be received within 15 days, unopened, in original packaging, and in salable condition to receive credit.
- Restocking fees (15-30%) are only charged on manufacturer direct items (like rugs and cribs), on orders that received free shipping, and/or when we incur costs because our return policy isn't followed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Non-tangible, digital, clearance, and discontinued items may not be returned.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Subscription Refunds
- Subscriptions (including memberships and digital access plans) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- If you cancel your subscription, your access ends immediately, and no partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
- Free trials must be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- In rare cases (such as accidental duplicate charges or verified technical issues), we may issue a prorated or full refund at our discretion.
