Some Seussville Fun
Instead of creating individual projects, you might consider making this a collaborative project - perhaps in your pretend play area. To round out these fun decorative pom pom truffula trees, set out recycled cardboard pieces, toilet paper rolls, etc. and invite your students to create their own version of Seussville, crafting buildings, cars, characters - the works! [NOTE: We immediately thought of this fabulous paper city by Joel Henriques. Use it as a jumping off point for creating your own city, adding quirky Seuss-inspired accents/design, or simply print these ready-made buildings for your kiddos to use right away and add to as they go along!]
