3 Fantastic Craft Ideas for Fall!
If you're looking for a few fun fall crafts to complete with your preschoolers, look no further than these fantastic ideas featured by Jessi over at Getting Messy with Ms. Jessi. The crafts are relativly simple to complete and when hung up they will have your classroom looking ready for the fall season in no time!
Authentic Indian Corn
Have your students paint a piece of corn with fall colors (orange, brown, red) and roll it across a piece of yellow construction paper. Once the paint dries, cut out an ear of corn and glue raffia to the end to create the husk. This idea would be perfect for framing your classroom bulletin board or doorway!
Pumpkin Garland
Create a super festive fall garland using empty toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Jessi got her inspiration for this idea from A Glimpse Inside. For a complete tutorial and list of supplies be sure to check it out! Wouldn't these look cute strung across the top of a classroom display?!?
Tissue Paper Acorns
Adorn your classroom windows with these super simple tissue paper acorns. Brush pieces of yellow and brown tissue paper onto white paper with glue water. Cut into the shape of an acorn and complete with a brown acorn 'hat' - create the stripes on the hat by using a popsicle stick and dark brown paint. Easy peasy!
