Head to the great outdoors with your class on a nature walk to take pictures and gather items that you can use to inspire still life drawings! A perfect way to celebrate Spring and all the beauty that nature has to offer. Natalie over at smART Class had this wonderful idea. Seriously, how beautiful is the picture above?!?

"Spring Into Life" Drawings

On your nature walk be sure to gather plenty of flowers, leaves, etc. to inspire your students! Natalie suggested using empty toilet paper rolls or glue bottles to hold the collection upright (so they are easier to see while drawing). Such a great idea!!

With your nature samples in place, allow your student to get to work on their still life drawings. Natalie certainly has very talented students!
