Recycled Magazine Boxes

Looking for an Earth Day craft for older students? Check out this awesome recycled magazine craft tutorial from Stefanie over at Abstract Octopus. She used her stash of old magazines to create fun little boxes! We know your kids will love creating their own...
Supplies You'll Need
- Recycled magazines
- White craft glue
- Large chip clips
Not only is this a great craft for Earth Day - helping students realize that items from around the house can be 'upcycled' into something new - it's also a timely craft with Mother's Day coming up. They would make fabulous gift boxes! We haven't tried, but if you have enough materials {and patience!}, we assume you can make boxes of any size.
[NOTE: To give some extra sturdiness, consider covering the inside with a coat of Mod Podge or watered down glue...]
