Product Description
This fun pumpkin seed counting activity is great for using your leftover pumpkin seeds from your jack-o-lanterns that you might have used for other learning activities like our Pumpkin Investigation Activity!
We have provided two different versions of this activity. One in color and another in black and white. Whichever you choose your kids will have fun practicing number recognition, counting, and fine motor skills!
- Start by using the printouts to cut out the entire pumpkin shape.
- Have your children glue down the correct amount of seeds on each pumpkin.
- Cut each pumpkin in half using the dotted line to create two puzzle pieces.
- Finally, mix up all the puzzle pieces and have your children match up the correct number on the pumpkins to the correct number of seeds using the shape of the puzzle pieces to help match them up!
