FREE Fall Leaf Counting Activity for Kids Numbers 1-10!
Product Description
We have taken our previous post and re-vamped it into a free, printable activity! This activity is great with helping your kids learn number recognition and counting skills from numbers 1-10. It also helps with fine motor and scissor skills as well!
This printable activity is available in both color and black and white. The color version is great for printing and laminating for use over and over again. The black and white version can be printed out and given to students to color the leaves and glue them down on the pages.
Print the colored pages of the trees and laminate them to aid with wear and tear. Use the colored leaf pages provided to print and cut out, or provide your students with small silk leaves, leaf stickers, leaf erasers, or another leaf manipulative and invite your kiddos to identify the numeral on the tree counting mat, then count out the appropriate number of leaves to place on each tree.
Print out a copy of each of the numbered tree pages and handout to your children along with multiple copies of the leaf pages. Have your kids color the leaves and cut them out. Count and glue the approprite number of leaves on the numbered pages. They'll look great hanging up around the classroom during the fall season!
